Well, week one wasn't quite as hard as I had anticipated. I
didn't eat one bite of pizza which is huge for me! I did really well with
eating healthy, having support at home was a huge help. We had new things like
salmon, flounder, quinoa, and brown rice. I didn't work out quite as much as I
would have liked to but that is my goal for this coming week in addition to
sticking with healthier food choices.
