How very wonderful it is to have people start to notice
that I have trimmed down! I really enjoy going to the Y and hope to make it a
life long habit. The fact that people are noticing makes for great
reinforcement. I have increased all my workouts and added more machines. Now I
want to try the 1 minute push to really get my heart going. I did well at my
church Thanksgiving feast. I love dark meat more then any other offering so I
took that and vegetables. I'm amazed that I recognized that the veggies were all
starchy. I bought beans to make the recipe we had at Food for the Soul. I want to
bring a choice that is not starch. Have a happy, healthy Thanksgiving.
