Good morning girls, it's a beautiful first snow. I am happy to
report that I am down 10 pounds - halfway towards my goal of 20 pounds. I have
increased my Y time and really enjoyed water Zumba, but most of all I enjoy
cooking and eating heart healthy. For my age I feel it's important to do
resistance training and must do weights to lose weight. Each pound of lean body mass
burns 420 cal. weekly could be only 2 half hour aerobic classes. Oh by the way,
my husband is down 10lbs too.
